Pallavi Chandra is an accredited Trainer from Jolly Phonics, UK, with over 17 years of experience in early childhood education. Holding a Master’s in Economics, she serves as the Territory Head of Early Childhood Education (Uttar Pradesh), collaborating with preschools to implement innovative teaching techniques. Additionally, Pallavi is an Early Years Curriculum Developer, Teacher Trainer, and has contributed to various educational publications. As the Branch Head of NLK Group of Schools, she takes immense pride in her leadership, which has led to numerous prestigious awards for the schools under her guidance.

Jolly Phonics
Phonics is a method of teaching reading and writing by first learning letter sounds.
Children learn to blend sounds (e.g., d-o-g = dog) to read, and segment words to spell (dog = d-o-g).
They then apply this knowledge using decodable books to build
fluency and confidence.
This programme provides a structured approach to spelling and grammar, covering parts of speech, sentence structure, and more. It also builds vocabulary, comprehension, and dictionary/ thesaurus skills effectively.
Story Telling
Storytelling in phonics introduces letter sounds through short, engaging stories that help children connect the sound with a character, action, or event—making it easier to remember
and apply in reading and writing.
Early year program
This training equips educators with the skills to support the cognitive, emotional, social, and physical development of young learners.
